The objective of Silver Lining Swimming Club is to encourage people to win over their physical challenges and to highlight how effective sport is in helping to develop one’s sense of purpose and gain confidence in one’s abilities. The aim is to constantly increase the number of participants and give an equal opportunity to all. Silver Lining Swimming Club has already started working with a small number of physically disabled young athletes who are determined to reach their swimming goals.

Silver Lining Swimming Club is involved mostly with teaching the basics of swimming and instilling a sense of confidence in their abilities whereas the ASA of Malta will be preparing swimmers for local and international competitions. Swimming sessions are held at the Tal-Qroqq National Pool Complex, Inspire Indoor Pool in M’Scala and Ta’ Qali  Indoor Pool.
